You'll be MUCH better off running an average 13% to 14% gross tongue weight to gross trailer weight. Tongue load should be 10% of total trailer weight Minimally. WDH if you are pulling an 1,900 LBS trailer, I would not think it is needed? You might need air bags or spring support, but I would first check to see how the TV is with the trailer attached. Myself I would not leave with out a sway control device.
